John Abraham is hero of Shiram Raghavan's next film...

Mumbai, Sep 16 (IANS) Director Shiram Raghavan, planning to begin shooting for his as-yet-untitled film by the year end, feels John Abraham will have one of his career best roles in it, reports Bollywood Trade.

"John is as much indispensable to the film as the film is to him," Raghavan says.

According to him, the role in the action-romance has been written taking into consideration John's tremendous fan following among the teenage audiences.

"It's a solo hero lead for John and a very well-defined role with great action and romantic sequences. In fact, John took a fondness for the script from day one, when he was narrated the story-line," Raghavan said.

John had recently opted out of "Sahib, Bibi Aur Ghulam", since the dates of the film were reportedly clashing with Raghavan's film.

The film is the second of the two John Abraham starrers being produced by Gaurang Doshi and directed by Raghavan, the first one being the Amitabh Bachchan starrer, "Raftaar", in which John has been paired with Bachchan.

Nittin Keni quits Zee

Producer Nittin Keni, who had earlier produced "Gadar-Ek Prem Katha" for Zee and later headed the distribution wing of Zee, has floated his own company, Nittin Keni Creations Pvt Ltd, reports Bollywood Trade.

The company, which independently handles the overseas business and exports of films for producers, began operations with the release of "Dus".

Nittin had earlier initiated the overseas business wing for Zee, with the distribution of "Mujhse Shaadi Karogi". Subsequently, he was looking at Zee to fund his next production. However, with Zee taking a decision to call off all its production and distribution plans, he decided to float his own company.
